About Me

Born and raised in Brazil, I have always been surrounded by the art of food. Growing up, I spent countless hours in my grandmother's bakery, where my passion for bread and baking first began. My father, a skilled chef who worked in Portugal, further inspired my love for culinary arts. At the age of 16, I moved to the United States, bringing my deep appreciation for food and culture with me.

I pursued my passion by graduating from the Culinary Arts program at the Art Institutes and have since dedicated my career to working in renowned restaurants throughout the Twin Cities area in Minnesota. This journey led to the creation of Laila's Pizza, where I am proud to share the most authentic handmade Brazilian frozen pizzas with the community.

At Laila's Pizza, we take pride in crafting each pizza with care, using only the finest ingredients to celebrate traditional Brazilian flavors. My goal is to create a memorable experience for every customer, showcasing the unique taste that sets us apart.
